Proper Steps:

Carefully read information printed on machine
Sit in machine with feet flat on floor
Brace core against bench by dropping rib cage down towards hips, and pressing your belly button into the bench
Grab bars above your head
Pull bar down to waist band in an arcing motion
Control the weights return to the starting position
Without letting the weight stack settle, repeat steps for desired amount of repetitions
