Proper Steps:

Carefully read info printed on machine
Sit tall in machine with feet flat on floor
Firmly grip handles with elbows tucked against pads
Firmly grip leg pads with insides of your legs to help protect lower back
Brace Core by pressing your belly button to your spine
Leading the movement with your rib cage,
Rotate to one side until end of normal range of motion is achieved
Control the weight back to the starting position
Repeat on both sides for desired amount of repetitions
