Proper Steps:
Begin standing on the raised platform with the balls of your feet Drive the balls of your feet into the platform, pressing your body upwards into the shoulder pads Control the return to starting position For greater cougar calf gains, squeeze at the top for a second or two before descending, allowing heels to drop below the raised platform and holding for a second or two at the bottom before re-ascending Repeat steps for desired amount of repetitions
