Carefully read information printed on machine Begin kneeling with both knees on the pad, with the outside of your legs pressing into the side pads Lock your torso into the machine by keeping it pressed against the chest pad Brace your core by pulling your belly button into your spine Create the rotation by pulling one of your hips to the opposite elbow, and then controlling the weight as you bring your other hip to your other elbow Repeat steps for desired amount of repetitions
