Begin seated with feet flat on floor, and your hips, shoulders, and head in contact with the back pad
Pack your shoulders by squeezing your shoulder blades together and pushing them downward
With your elbows tight to your body, press your palms into the hand grips to near lockout
Control the weights return to the starting position
Repeat for desired amount of repetitions
