Begin Seated in machine with feet flat on floor and arm pits at the top of the elbow pad Maintaining a neutral spine, squeeze your elbows as close together as you can Grip the handles with your palms up Drive your elbows down into the pad, and curl your little fingers to your forehead control the weight's descent, stopping just before lockout Repeat for desired amount of repetitions
