Proper Steps:
Begin with the KB between the balls of your feet without bending your spine, glide your hips backwards and grab the KB with both hands, palms facing back Drive your heels into the ground, and snap your hips forward to launch the KB upward Drop your hips under the the KB and catch in the bottom of a goblet squat, elbows tight and KB close to the body Stand tall to complete the rep Rinse. Repeat. *You should feel/create the movement with the back of your legs, not your lower back
