Begin standing with your feet shoulder width apart with the KB in the 'racked' position Brace your core by pulling your belly button to your spine with your rib-cage tucked Set your shoulder blades by pulling them down and together Drive the KB upward by punching your arm through an imaginary tube above your shoulder, in a "corkscrew" motion, stopping at the top with your bicep beside your ear Control the KB's descent as you return to the racked position
