Proper Steps:

Begin in your squat stance with 1 KB lockout out overhead, with your core braced and shoulder packed (see 1KB OH press)
Maintaining this posture, slide your hips back and down as if you are trying to sit between your heels
Only sit as deep as allows for maintenance of safe posture
Drive your heels into the floor and return to the standing position
Rinse. Repeat.
