Proper Steps:

Begin movement with a KB Swing
To 'Clean' the weight into the front rack position, 
Keep the KBs as close to center of base as possible and roll the KBs around the outside of your wrist
Swoop your elbows under the KBs and gently
catch them on the triangular spaces created by the upper and lower arms, elbows pointed forward
Unswoop the KBs into the back of a KB swing, making sure the KB does not swing below the knees
Clean the weight for successive repetitions, or set them down to finish
