Proper Steps:

Begin standing with your ankles between two KBs
Brace your core by drawing your belly button to your spine and keeping your rib cage tucked
With a neutral spine, glide your hips back towards the wall behind you and grab the KBs
Feel the tension in your glutes and the back of your legs and contract them to stand up tall
The KBs should travel upward in a straight line next to your lower leg
Control the weights descent as you reverse the movement, and repeat if desired
