Proper Steps:

Begin standing shoulder width apart with 2 KBs in the 'racked' position
Brace your core by drawing your belly button towards your spine with your rib-cage tucked
Pack your shoulder blades by pulling them down and together
Dip your hips back, then snap forward to launch the KBs up off your shoulders
Push yourself down under the KB to lockout in a semi-squat with your biceps beside your ears
Stand tall to finish, before controlling the KB's descent back into the racked position
