Proper Steps:

Begin in your squat stance with 2 KBs locked out overhead, with your core braced and shoulder packed (see 2KB OH Strict Press)
Maintaining this posture, slide your hips back and down as if you are trying to sit between your heels
Only sit as deep as allows for maintenance of safe posture
Drive your heels into the floor and return to the standing position
Rinse. Repeat.
