Begin standing with your feet shoulder width apart with the KBs in the 'racked' position, elbows facing forward Brace your core by pulling your belly button to your spine with your rib-cage tucked Set your shoulder blades by pulling them down and together Drive the KBs upward by punching your arms through imaginary tubes above your shoulders, in a "corkscrew" motion, stopping at the top with your biceps besides your ears Control the KBs' descent as you return to the racked position
