Proper Steps:
Begin standing tall with a soft bend in the knees and a KB in each hand With minimal knee bend, glide your hips back towards the wall behind you and lower the KBs, feeling tension in the glutes and back of your legs Contract your glutes and hamstrings and stand tall Rinse and repeat as desired Make sure that the KB's ascend and descend in a straight line vertically, as close to your center of base as possible (think mid foot)
