Assume a Tall-Kneeling posture with the hips above the knees Brace your core and pack your shoulders by drawing in the belly button, fixing a tucked rib-cage, and setting the shoulder blades down and together throughout Grip the KBs in a bottoms-up position Begin the rep with the KBs at chin height and elbows tucked underneath "Corkscrew" your elbows as you punch the elbows straight up, finishing with the elbows beside the ears before controlling the KBs descent.
