Proper Steps:

Begin with feet outside shoulder width with 2 KBs between the balls of your feet
Brace your core and pack your shoulders by drawing your belly button to your spine and setting your shoulder blades down and together
Hinge at the hips until your shoulders are above the KBs
Grab the KBs with palms facing each other
Without turning the shoulders, Row one KB by bringing your elbow to your spine and hold for 1 sec before controlling its descent
Alternate and repeat
