Begin in a half-kneeling position with 1 KB 'racked' above the down knee Brace your core by drawing your bellybutton into your spine with your rib-cage tucked Pack/set your shoulder blades by pulling them down and together Press the KB in a strait line above your shoulder, with your elbows following them in a "corkscrew" motion Pause at the top with your biceps beside your ears, before controlling the KB's descent back into the racked position Rise & Repeat
