Proper Steps:

Begin facing away from the cable, with the swing arm set on low
Hold both ends of the rope overhead
Brace your core by drawing the belly button to the spine and tucking your rib-cage towards your hips
Set your shoulder blades by pulling them down and together, maintain this throughout
Press the ends of the rope upwards and away from each other, as if you are trying to straighten out the rope
Control the weights return to the starting position, and repeat as necessary
