Proper Steps:

Begin facing the cable with the swing arm set low
Grip your attachment(s) with both hands
With your elbows tight to your body, and minimal movement anywhere else in the body, curl your pinky finger towards your eye brows
Squeeze at the top for a second, before controlling the weights descent
Repeat as necessary
