Proper Steps:

Begin perpendicular to the cable with the swing arm set low
Grip the handle at waist level with your palm facing the swing arm
Without movement in the rest of the body, raise your knuckles toward the ceiling in an arc motion
Once parallel to the floor, hold for a second before controlling the weights return to the starting position
