Proper Steps:

Begin facing the cable with the swing arm set low
Grip your attachment(s) with both hands, palms facing away from you
With your elbows tight to your body, and minimal movement anywhere else in the body, curl your knuckles toward your eye brows
Squeeze at the top for a second, before controlling the weights descent
Repeat as necessary
