Proper Steps:

Begin facing the cable with the swing arm set to face-height
Grip the rope attachment with both hands, palms facing each other
Step back so that there is tension with your arms fully extended in front of you
With minimal movement in the rest of your body, pull the center of the rope towards your eye brows, thumps pointing behind you
Control the weights return to the starting position
Repeat as necessary
