Proper Steps:

Begin with a "KB Roll to Press" and "KB 1/2 Get Up"
Continue the Repetition by pulling your extended leg under your body, finishing with your joints stacked; Knee under hips, hips under shoulder, shoulder under KB
Balance the KB, and adjust your posture so that you can remove your support arm and finish in a Half-Kneeling position with the KB overhead
Control your movement as you reverse the steps and return to the first position.
