Proper Steps:
Begin in a half-kneeling position with two KBs in the Bottoms-Up position Brace your core by drawing your bellybutton into your spine with your rib-cage tucked Pack/set your shoulder blades by pulling them down and together Drive both KBs upward in a strait line above your shoulder, with your elbows following them in a "corkscrew" like motion Pause at the top with your biceps beside your ears, before controlling the KBs descent back into the racked position Rise & Repeat
