Proper Steps:

Begin lying on your back with you heels close to your glutes, and your toes, knees, and hips in-line
Brace your core by pressing your belly button into the ground and keeping your rib-cage tucked downward
Squeeze your glutes and press your hips towards the ceiling
Without lowering your hips, alternate tucking each knee towards your chest for the desired amount of repetitions
Control your movement as you return to the beginning position
