Proper Steps:

Begin with a KB in the OH Position (See 1KB Clean and 1KB OH Press)
Maintaining a braced core and packed shoulder, walk your desired distance
Take your time while walking, and focus on keeping the KB directly above your center by keeping your bicep close to your ear
Avoid compensating through the spine and hips, maintaining an upright posture as you walk
Dont forget to do both sides!
