Proper Steps:
Begin standing perpendicular to a knee-height bench with a KB racked above your lead leg Place your lead foot a distance away from the bench so that your body can descend vertically, like an elevator as opposed to an escalator Put your rear foot "laces-down" on top of the bench Control your body as your lower until your knee is about an inch above the ground Drive your lead heel into the ground and return to the starting position.
