Proper Steps:

Begin lying flat on your back with you feet elevated on a physio ball (PB)
Brace your core by drawing your belly button to your spine and tucking you rib-cage down towards your hips
Raise your hips to the ceiling by squeezing your glute
Hold for a second or two before returning to the starting position with control
Repeat for desired amount of repetitions
