Proper Steps:

Begin standing on one leg
Lower your body with control as your reach towards the heel of your standing leg with the knee of your floating leg
Return to the starting position
Repeat on both legs for desired amount of repetitions
Ensure that as you perform this movement, the knee of your standing leg tracks over the foot in the same direction your toes are pointing
