Begin in a 3-point supported bent-over stance, with a dumbbell in hand resting at a "dead stop" on the floor Brace your core to maintain a neutral spine, by pulling your belly button to your spine In one smooth motion, retract your shoulder blade and pull your elbow upwards and inwards towards your spine Hold for a second before controlling the weight as you return it to the dead stop position Repeat on both sides for desired repetitions
