Begin seated maintaining 3 pt. contact with bench (Head, T-spine, Glutes) and both feet flat on floor Hold a DB in each hand at shoulder height Brace your core by pressing your belly button into your spine, and keep your rib-cage tucked downward In an alternating fashion, press each dumbbell up overhead, pausing with your bicep by your ear before controlling the weight's descent back into the starting position
