Proper Steps:
Begin in a shoulder-width stance with a DB in each hand at shoulder-height Brace your core by drawing your belly button to your spine and keeping your rib-cage tucked downward Set your shoulder blades by pulling them down and back Press each DB towards the ceiling in an alternating fashion, pausing at the top of each rep with your bicep next to your ear Control the weights as they descend back into the starting positions
