Proper Steps:
Begin in a Bent over stance (see any Romanian Deadlift/RDL) with a dumbbell in each hand hanging between your feet Brace your core to maintain a neutral spine, by pulling your belly button to your spine In one smooth motion, retract your shoulder blade (just one) and pull your elbow upwards and inwards towards your spine Hold for a split second before controlling the weight as you return it to the starting position Repeat on both sides in an alternating fashion, for desired reps
