Proper Steps:
Begin in a Bent over stance (see any Romanian Deadlift/RDL) with a dumbbell in each hand hanging between your feet Brace your core to maintain a neutral spine, by pulling your belly button to your spine In one smooth motion, retract your shoulder blades and pull your elbows upwards and inwards towards each other Hold for a few seconds before controlling the weight as you return it to the starting position Repeat on both sides for desired repetitions
