Select a box that allows the top of your thigh to be parallel to the ground when you step on it With a BB racked tightly on your shoulders Brace your core by pulling your belly button to your spine With your stepping leg, pull yourself up onto the box Control your descent as you lower yourself back down to the floor (using the same leg) Repeat on both legs as desired **This is an advanced technique, be cautious of your step when weight is loaded on your back**
