Proper Steps:

Begin in a Bent over stance (see any Romanian Deadlift/RDL)  with a BB in both hands, palms facing up, and hanging in front of your shins
Brace your core to maintain a neutral spine, by pulling your belly button to your spine
In one smooth motion, retract your shoulder blades and pull your elbows upwards and inwards towards each other
Hold for a split second before controlling the weight as you return it to the starting position
Repeat for desired repetitions
