Proper Steps:
Stand perpendicular to a bench about a couple feet away Elevate your rear foot onto the bench with your laces down Standing tall above your lead foot, slowly squat down until the top of your lead thigh is parallel to the floor Stand back up Repeat as desired At the bottom of the movement, your rear knee should be directly below your hips, and your lead shin should be parallel to your spine
