Proper Steps:

Begin standing in a wide stance with a KB or DB in the 'Goblet' Position
with your feet angled so that your knees can travel in the same direction as your toes
Sit onto the heel of one leg, stopping at a 90 degree knee bend before pushing back up into the starting position
Alternate and repeat for desired amount of repetitions
