Proper Steps:

Sit tall with a DB held overhead

Lower the DB behind with control before extending back into the starting position

Tips: 
Try to keep your elbow in one spot in space, this takes your shoulder out of the movement, targeting your triceps better

Try to keep the DB’s plates parallel to the floor, and press straight up towards the ceiling
