Proper Steps:

Stand over a DB evenly, with it set between the balls of your feet
Load the posterior chain by hinging the hips back to grip the DB with your palm facing backwards
With your arm only slightly bent, launch the DB up into the air using your legs – keep it close to your body as possible. Imagine that your zipping up your coat
Turn your elbow underneath the DB and catch in a partial squat with your arm locked out over head
Return the weight to the floor safely
