In your natural squat stance, hold a DB in one hand in the racked position – elbow tucked under wrist, out in front, with thumb-side plate touching collar bone, and shoulder blade packed
Perform a squat, followed by an overhead press
Control the weights return to the racked position before performing a successive repetition
