Proper Steps:
Using a bench for support, adopt a mechanically advantageous stance with the top of the pad stuffed in your arm pit Brace your core and become as fixed as the bench with the environment With a supinated (palm up) grip and DB in hand, drive your elbow into the bench pad and curl the weight to your forehead Control the return of the DB to the starting position For successive repetitions, try not to let the DB settle in between
