Standing with strong posture, wield a DB in each hand with your arms mostly extended and your palms facing your hips Perform a front raise on one side until your arm is parallel with the floor, and control its return to the starting position Alternate and repeat the repetition with the other arm The DB should travel in an arc throughout this movement Keep any torso sway to a minimum
