Proper Steps:

Standing with strong posture, wield a DB in each hand with your palms facing inward and your elbows taut against your rib-cage
In an alternating fashion, bring one of your pinky fingers towards your collar bone, then return it to the starting position with control before repeating with your other arm
Keep any torso sway to a minimum
