Proper Steps:

Standing with strong posture, wield a DB in each hand with your arms mostly extended and your palms facing your hips
Perform a front raise until your arms are parallel with the floor, before controlling their return to the starting position
The DB should travel in an arc throughout this movement
Maintain soft elbows and keep any torso sway to a minimum
