Standing with strong posture, wield a DB in each hand with a soft but fixed elbow bend and your palms facing your hips Perform a lateral raise on one side until your arms are parallel with the floor with your pinky fingers slightly higher than your thumbs Control their return to the starting position The DBs should travel in an arc throughout this movement Keep any torso sway to a minimum
