Proper Steps:

Begin lying on a bench with your feet flat on the floor
Hammer-Grip a DB in each hand with your arms extended out front
Point the face of the DBs’ plates at the ceiling
Keeping the elbows in place, control the weights as you lower them to the sides of your forehead then press the plate back towards the ceiling
For a better (more challenging) stretch, hold your elbows further back by your head instead of straight out in front of you
