Proper Steps:

Sit with strong posture that supports a neutral spine
Set your forearms against the tops of your thighs with your wrists hanging over your knees
Hold a BB in both hands with your palms facing up
Allow your wrists to extend so that the bar is hanging in your fingertips and your knuckles touch your shins
Curl the weight by bringing your fingers towards the inside of your forearms before lowering with control
