Proper Steps:
1. Start standing tall with feet together 2. Pick one knee up and grasp it with both hands just below the knee cap 3. Pull your knee to your chest and slightly toward the opposite shoulder 4. Hold for a split second and then set back down 5. Take three steps and repeat on the other side. 6. Continue for desired number of reps
